Sorry for entering this thread so late, but saying they will accept images
from a 14n which has been commonly recognized for its problems with high
noise levels in shadow areas while they are unlikely to accept 10D files
which is supposedly the most noise free DSLR on the market makes a mockery
of their criteria for acceptance, since a high pixel count is far from being
the only means of gauging a high quality image.

All of this reminds me of 10 years ago when one of these libraries told a
friend of mine who shoots stock full-time that Canon wasn't good enough and
he should use Nikon if he wanted sharp images. If anybody wants to know the
name of the stock agency which said this, I'll tell them off-list.
