Thanks Brian but I don't think it is futile.  The point is that the agency
seemed to be saying that they weren't going to test the D60 as it had only 6
mp.  All I was trying to do was to put together an argument to persuade them
that it is at least worth testing.  After all, they have tested the Nikon
D100 (although they rejected it) and they do accept high quality 35mm so
they are open to ideas and to digital in theory - which make them on the
side of the good guys in my book.  I thought maybe if I could point them in
the direction of a few tests that had been done it might persuade them to do
their own tests.  I'm not likely to own an 11 mp camera in the near future
so if they don't accept the D60 I will have to go elsewhere,  so I thought
it was worth at least a try at persuading them to look at it.
