We are not trying to find a quick, cheap fix, we are top end of the market and want to improve on that, not go the other way.

I'm not familiar with the type of work Saville's commissions but I am familiar with all sorts of other 'top end' work and I'd be interested to read a client's perceptions and aspirations of how digital photography would affect them.
