I'd be interested to see what the group throws up but I have a strong
suspicion what you seek can only be found in a good prepress guy who
understands the conditions of his press and proofer and can tweak the files
to produce the best color and contrast.

One thing often overlooked is in CMYK, the colors are separated from the
contrast so avoid doing global edits when doing color corrections. The black
plate plays a huge part in how detail is reproduced and you want to be
careful how you affect it. Also, a proper knowledge and use of GCR, UCA, UCR
is needed to reproduce "vibrant" prints.
