Dear list, Trying to transfer files on a usb external hard drive from a ntfs formatted disk to a mac and it keep wanting to initialize the disk. Will it work if I fat32 format the 80gb drive or will the Maxtor drivers read the disk. OR do I need a translator on the mac.
