It didn't recognise the serial no. of my G5, so I had to send it by mail. There is a �14 charge to pay for the courier.
The fact that it doesn't have Panther installed suggests that it's been hanging around for a few weeks at least. You should confirm that you've got all the latest specs. And make sure your price is better than Macwarehouse's (�1659 + VAT down from �2199).
