That price is for the "old" 1ghz model and not the latest 1.33ghz and is certain to come with Jaguar installed rather than Panther.

The current upgrade offer to Panther is only for a set of "upgrade" CD's and not a full installation set. You cannot use these to install to a "clean" drive that does not have an earlier OS installed.
