Ah, but the upside to your downside is that Canon and their retailers
will be keen to unload stocks of 1DS's at a good price in advance of a
new model. I reckon �4,000 sounds fair to me! Lets be hounest, its a
great camera today and it will still be a great camera tomorrow, so
what if a new model has a few extra mega pixels and Bluetooth?
