Have you thought about using an escrow service? Its worth paying the
fee if it gives you piece of mind. To be fair most people that aren't
selling 1ds's for �400 are pretty straight up on e-bay. The only
problem I've ever had was a BP-511 battery that went 'cabloowee' on the
tenth recharge and the seller in HK has subsequently gone AWOL. I'm not
going to loose sleep over �10 for a batt that Canon charges �53 for!
