Dear Ian,
This is almost identical, word for word, as the contracts S4C issue for photographers in the WelshTV industry. I, and many others, refused to sign any more contracts and lost thousands of pounds of work in the process, but it is important. Gwen at the AOP perused the contract for me and said it was Draconian and not to sign. I'm glad I didn't. Unfortunately, there is always some little s**t of a photographer who will not care about ethical issues and do the jobs anyway, which waters our standpoint. It will probably be the same for ACWM! I'm glad you are making a stand on this one.
With best wishes,
Glyn
