It also means, especially when the poster has clearly written that replies are to be direct to him/her that one does NOT carry on the thread on list.
PLEASE would anyone with a new thread they think may be off topic (OT) take the small amount of time and trouble to contact your long suffering list mum having first checked the list guidelines. Then if you need assistance contact the list mum who will do their best to find a format for your posting.
You might just wish to remember that Prodig list mums do set aside two weeks of their valuable (unpaid time) time to be available for such queries and for monitoring the general conduct of Prodig.
