dear all perhaps someone can help, a client is having a brochure printed and the printers are having problems converting my rgb files to cmyk....the client is not happy with the colour conversion or indeed the saturation of the images (?) My first thought is that this is that this is something a printer should be able to cope with, I've never had this problem before...but I have an unhappy client...which is not good...does anybody have any experiences of this sort of problem?Any advice would be gratefully received. The printers are a big firm...
