For the record, all Macs I've owned have had one problem or another, but I've yet to suffer poor service from their support (typed touching wood).
Best engineered computer I've owned (and sold with a 2 yr warrantee and excellent support) was a Umax Mac clone, which is my only gripe with Apple.
