Da Bnawn, Colin The problem doesn't lie with setting the time zone to Cardiff-Wales. If you set your time zone to Cardiff-Wales, you also have to set the language to Cymru! Otherwise, Photoshop has to translate your English commands into Welsh on the fly and it's that which causes crashes - I mean, have you tried translating English into Welsh? For example, try translating on the fly: Os hoffech wybod am weithgareddaur Cynulliad ai Bwyllgorau, cysylltu ag Aelodaur Cynulliad neu ddarganfod mwy am sut maer Cynulliad yn gweithio, defnyddiwch y cysylltiadau ar yr ochr yma ir dudalen. You can see from the above the problems faced by Photoshop. While attempting to spell the Welsh words, it requires about 50% more resources. If it finds them unavailable, it will either hang or quit. If it finds a faulty memory chip, it has to work even harder. The answer is to change the language also to Cymraeg. Go to System Prefs > International > Languages and tick the above option. Once you do, the commands will change into Welsh and Photoshop will NOT have to do the work of translating the commands. The downside is, you will have to learn Welsh but if Prince Charles can do it in a fortnight... Brenin regards, Shangara Singh. ________________________________________________ :: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) Photoshop CS :: Photoshop CS Essential Tips || Photoshop Glossary (eBooks) :: Examaids for Adobe & Macromedia Certification :: http://www.photoshopace.com || http://www.examaids.com =============================================================== GO TO http://www.prodig.org for ~ GUIDELINES ~ un/SUBSCRIBING ~ ITEMS for SALE
