Yes, its the one in the frig.

Seriously, having had problems in the past with chargers in hot climates I have taken to charging batteries in my film frig [ oops, I may have digital but like a dinosaur I like to retreat to my cave for a old times sake ] and they work a dream. Was told by an electronics guy from Norman that keeping batteries cool whilst you charged them prevented damage and since then I have adopted the practice. Have no objective measurement of improved power but I have Kodak 14n cameras which have attracted many complaints about battery life and all I know is that I recently shot 320 exposures over three days on one battery.

So try the frig - if nothing else it gives you an excuse for slipping out for a swift beer if the boss is going on about when are you going to paint the sitting room...

Cheers
