I bought what i thought was legitimate software through E bay. It 
turned out to be pirated copies on plain Cd's. I contacted PayPal and 
the software developers. PayPal told me that they only repay money for 
goods not received by the buyer but not for faulty goods. Fortunately 
my bank got the money back. It would seem that e bay gets its money 
from vendors and is therefore more interested in them. Ebay site is 
very dense and it need a lot of time to find the complaints section. 
When I did complain I got a computerised message back. E bay should 
police its site very carefully as I have also found other scams since 
then. it is a pity, but I am now scared of buying anything through e 
bay,
