Agreed with one glaring exception. New profiles won't show up as a choice in the print dialog until you've accessed them somewhere else first. If I create and install a new print profile while Photoshop is running, I have to first do an Assign Profile or Convert to Profile step. I don't have to actually complete the step, just open the dialog and confirm that the new profile is there. The profiles will then show properly as a choice in the print dialog. Of course, restarting Photoshop works also. I'm using CS on 10.3.5 but this has been true of every version of Photoshop that I've run under any flavor of OS-X
