This is characteristically dust on the CMOS sensor, particularly apparent at
small apertures.

You need to clean the CMOS sensor. There are a couple of options, the first
is to get it done professionally by either sending it to Canon or somewhere
like Fixation. Only problem is that you will have to wait a couple of weeks
or longer before you get the camera back.

The second option is to clean the sensor yourself. It's not difficult to do
provided you know what to do and are clear in your mind. Here is a good link

I think you can also buy kits on the market for sensor cleaning, I've never
used any myself so cannot say how good or bad they are.
