Interesting as I have just spent 2 days trying to get PS 7 to run on an old GH4 400 PowerMac. It worked on 10, 10.1, 10.2.8 but not on 10.3.any. Luckily the other piece of must have software, C1, runs on 10.2.8 minimum so I have a usable solution. I also found that Eye One Match 3v failed on 10.3.
