As for keywording tips, it depends on the criteria you're going to search by, but I'd be delighted to read anyone else's methods on this.

My favorite ways to come up with keywords are to "Google" the subject and also to enter one keyword in a stock agency search box and see what comes up - not to copy a list of keywords, but to get ideas and conceptual keywords that I would never have thought of on my own. There is also a program called Image Info Toolkit that allows you to enter keyword software. You can create your own hierarchical keyword catalogues or used purchased lists: http://www.picturefinder.com/software/iit/welcome.html I'm trying the demo version now.
