Another thing that I can find no reference to in the Kodak documentation or camera's menu is changing the camera's colour mode to Adobe RGB - or is it not possible to do it in the camera?
If you shoot JPEGs I think you're stuck with the default. I think its either Kodak's DCS RGB or sRGB. I don't use JPEGs so I'm not sure. Shooting raw files, the default processing space is set in the either PhotoDesk or your Photoshop Prefs if you're using ACR. There is no default space tag put into the raw file at the time of shooting like I think Nikon does. I like the way ACR processes files but I sure like the PhotoDesk workflow better for handling a large number of images efficiently. I've played with the beta of the upcoming release. It adds some really nice sizing capabilities that are more versatile than what's in ACR. There's an options button at the save dialog that accesses these settings. That same pane also allows you to change the color space that you are processing into. Way more convenient than digging into the program prefs if you often switch between spaces (like using sRGB for web proofs and a larger space for final editing). That button also provides a convenient way to confirm your settings before hitting 'save'.
