Andy,

Richard is quite right on the 2100 and 2200 being basically the same
machine. (Sorry, I cannot see your original email on my system so I am
replying to Richard's response to you)

I think your questions are answered on our site - for example this page:
http://www.mwords.co.uk/pages/cis/info2100CIS.htm (under Support | FAQs,
then taking the CIS option, then taking the 2100 CIS option down the
left-hand-side) tells you which inks we sell for use with the 2100. Apart
from links on that page to the relevent ink FAQs, you can access all the ink
information under each appropriate section under the Support | FAQs menu:
http://www.mwords.co.uk/pages/supportFAQ.htm
For example, under the 'Lyson Fotonic Ink FAQs' you will find information
about the properties of the ink, the colour management requirements,
guidance on using Lyson Generic profiles, longevity and so on. Similar
information exists for other inks in their respective FAQ sections.

I suspect that many on this group would consider NOT profiling to be costly,
even if you use original inks and paper. And of course, several people on
this list provide such services.

In any event, if you are based in the USA you may be better off looking for
suppliers in your neck of the woods; though of course you are welcome to
browse our site if it is helpful to you!
