Not a lot. Try the following little test for yourself:

--Open a JPEG file.

--Dupe it (Image > Duplicate).

--Save the dupe using the highest quality setting (you can close and open it
again but I don't think that makes a difference - too lazy to test it).

--Shift-drag it into the original.

--View it at 100% magnification.

--Turn the layer visibility on-off to see the difference.

--If you cannot see the difference, change the blend mode of the new layer
to Difference (black signifies no difference).

--Run your mouse pointer over the window and read the Info palette.

--Finally, print the two files and see if you can spot which print came from
which file.

You can also save your JPEG, once it has been copied by the script, as a
TIFF and then run the above test.
