automatically fix lateral chromatic aberration and lens distortions.

I mostly use C1 Pro. If I've shot at high ISO, ACR produces much cleaner
images than C1. I then Match Colours of the ACR conversion to that produced
by C1 and get near to its colour and tonal character that way. If neither of
these make a picture I like the look of I'll open it in Nikon Capture
Editor. To me, this looks identical to NEFs opened in iView.

Previously I've used LensFix <http://www.kekus.com> to fix distortion and
aberration but DxO looks promising.
