Odd that the straight red given to Italy in the first half, which was also clearly a bad call on video review, is forgotten. Italy's entire game plan was ruined as a result. If you recall, they had several strong chances before that that barely missed; after the card, they couldn't mount any sort of effective counter.

Had that card not been given, it is quite probably that that last- second PK would not have mattered. If you're going to review some decisions that affect the outcome, it's going to be hard to justify not reviewing others.
