John:  Thanks for the ideas.  Confrontation with this kid is not an 
option.  I won't go into details but you can imagine what I am getting 
at.  I like the random outages on his IP address and I can scream and 
yell like it's hurting my work!  (While my computers are humming away)  ;^)
