I was joking.

However, since then I've looked at the bit settings of the ascii values, and at 
first 
glance there do appear to be more cases of more bits in a row being either on 
or off 
in the uppercase range.

So if the compression algorithm is doing bit-level compression maybe there is 
something to this...
