        What I'm saying is that as you attempt to fix this issue, don't try to 
be clever and come up with some whiz-bang converter routine that will adjust 
timezones inside your code - every time I've seen someone attempt this, they've 
failed miserably. Just make sure that all initial times are created in UTC, and 
handled as such everywhere except when displaying.
