So, just got back from a vacation deep enough into the woods of Cape Cod to be beyond paved roads. The cottage advertised internet access and I expected something adequate and slow. Instead, I found that the antennaless NetGear router in the basement was pushing out 72 Mbps, way faster than the LinkSys I have here in the house.
Is it time for me to upgrade? Does it matter? Speed is an issue for me since I backup my photographic work to my NAS drive each night. -Lew Schwartz --- StripMime Report -- processed MIME parts --- multipart/alternative text/plain (text body -- kept) text/html --- _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: ProFox@leafe.com Subscription Maintenance: http://mail.leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://mail.leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/cafuu78e_e5fjguycg5wkbd+bqsi9t2xsyibc3guvbbd8q1u...@mail.gmail.com ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
