Cost-wise, that's probably the best solution!
Michael: I mentioned I backup my server to an external hard drive. I have two that I rotate between being connected and the other is in a safe deposit box. I use SyncBak to backup the entire drive.

For drives, I buy regular internal 1T SATA drives and install them in a Rosewill case.
