I have not used either GatherPlace or GoToMeeting.  My needs are more along
the line of connecting to a client PC, which is real challenging if they do
not have a VPN set up or understand how to do IP Forwarding.  I have barked
off in the past about www.logmein.com, and still find it very capable, and
priced right at FREE for their light version (which is plenty capable).

Having said that, I have been wanting to look at various solutions that
would let folks look at my system for training purposes, and the GatherPlace
looks like it is just the ticket.  Malcolm, thank you for sharing that info,
even if it was with the intention of gathering more info for yourself.  I
will be watching for responses from others along with you <g>...
