That is easy. Jobs that mean something and an education to rely upon for your future growth. To make the jump from poverty is incredible. You will have to fight on so many levels. Peers not liking you because you are different. Parents for making them become an active part in your future. Teachers for realizing that your wanting more then the rest of the classroom or school will tolerate. Funding of that leap is very tough. Do you live at home and commute to school or did you rate room and board? The hard part is when you overcome all of those obstacles will your kids fall back into the slippery slope that they see on TV, in media and movies?
