To have free will you must be an individual. To be an individual means that there was a time when you were not and then from a certain time on you were that individual that has free will. So, the first time you could be called an individual, who made you the way you are? Possible answers : a)circumstances, b) Nobody, c) God. a)circumstances. If circumstances made you the individual being you are then if you sin it is because of the circumstances that made you so. b)Nobody. Then you are an atheist. c)God.
