Yes, I do talk to them from time to time. It is not easy to decipher the
response to how well it is working... They are extremely busy and the folks
that had come to the US for training by us seem to no longer be working on
the project. I'm taking it to mean it is going about as well as any other
project that was outsourced to India.

Indian firms have a habit of doing things 'just so' until the original
programmers are all gone. Then they put a bunch of inexperienced folks on
the project and milk the project... Or at least that's been my experience in
the past. EDS may have found a better way to work with them, and the firm
they selected may be better than the ones I had worked with in the past.
