It's been my experience that a less adversarial relationship works better. Deep into the testing cycle, when everybody's tired of the whole thing, it's much too easy to say "That [jerk] again. I'm sick of his bad ideas." And, Mike, one important thing you're looking for is the ability to pound on the same program the same way eight million times without going off the deep end. Even if your applicant doesn't have testing experience, there can be other jobs on the resume that give you confidence. -Jerry Wolper [EMAIL PROTECTED] _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: ProFox@leafe.com Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
