I just recently installed Ubuntu 8.04 on two computers. One was my laptop that came with Vista and has no XP drivers that works great with Ubuntu. Ubuntu has done a very good job (IMO) of making installation quick and easy. Then there is the Add / Remove programs where you can search the amazing repositories. They have obviously put serious effort into making that all happen.
