I'm struck by how non-technical the guy sounds. I always thought he 
understood the design of Windows, but he's surprised by things we've 
been dealing with for years and years.

I believe Microsoft is doomed. At some point the house of cards will 
come crashing down, and they won't be nimble enough to adapt.
