4+ dimensional theory (as an alternative to string theory) actually provides a theoretical model on which the Big Bang works very well. It explains both the expanding universe (how infinity can actually increase) and in no way excludes God - in fact includes the possibly of His existence very well.

Now let's look at yours: nothing except an all-powerful, all-knowing being who then created that big ball of dust out of nothing. We've both got to explain the dust, but now you've got something that is much, much more complex and difficult to claim "was just there". Surely if it's acceptable to assume that such an amazingly complex and powerful being was "just there", it's gotta be OK to just assume a ball of dust. -- Ed Leafe [excessive quoting removed by server] _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: ProFox@leafe.com Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/003101c98293$1e4bfe70$5ae3fb...@com.au ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
