Michael: He's apparently avoiding you. Have you tried to call his cell from another phone, one he doesn't know is yours? or using a code (I use *69 here before the actual phone #) to conceal your phone number sometimes the "Unknow or Private number" message on his screen makes he wonder who is calling, sometimes works.
