Hi Everybody, The leftylibs are going hateful over this story. An officer is accused of kicking a drunk (rather than, say, shooting him) The department gave the drunk $400 cash to forget about it, as drunk as he was he wouldn't have remembered anyway.
But viewing the video, it looks to me that the officer's kick was a mere gesture, just enough of a push to topple the already tipsy guy, and the city is being had. Any kick video experts out there?
