The guy was handcuffed, wasn't resisting, was on the ground when the boot went in. If the police want the respect of the public then they have to act without reproach.

But viewing the video, it looks to me that the officer's kick was a mere gesture, just enough of a push to topple the already tipsy guy, and the city is being had. Any kick video experts out there?
