I agree with Ken whole-heartedly! In the last few weeks I have come across users who do not know the difference between Windows and Word - as far as they are concerned Word is Windows and vice-versa. I have one who couldn't understand why she a) couldn't see a PDF document from within Word and b) couldn't open a PDF with Word. Another one who when told to open Explorer said 'I don't use Explorer - you told me to use Firefox'. (I still think File Manager was a better name for it!). There are others who have never heard of the idea of using File, Open to open a file and think the only way is to double-click the file in My Documents - the list is endless!
