<g> Good point. But the subtle concept of "extensions" eludes most.  
They do get a different icon ("picture") for it, though, even if they  
can't see the extension. One would think that the picture concept  
would open some brain cells (but there is a big assumption in that  
statement <bg>).

The reality of it is that most organizations idea of "training" is to  
have the last person who did that job teach the next one. The result  
is that none of them know much of anything at all.
