Whatever you do, make sure the hard drive is of the Solid State variety. I have a 3 year old HP with "only" 2 gig Ram, HP NW 9440. After upgrading to SS hard drive and Win7 Ultimate, it feels like next years model
Its "only" 128 gig but that is easily large enough for all the daily stuff.
