I would replace 'wrong' with 'incomplete'.  I think that 'wrong'
conveys the wrong idea.

Also, as you know, http://www.jsoftware.com/help/dictionary/d631.htm
has, on the opening line

    u&.v  mv mv mv

and this is intended to convey that the verb rank of u&.v is the same
as the monadic rank of v.

Perhaps this could be conveyed in a clearer fashion?  My current
inclination would be to turn every instance of a rank specification
header in the dictionary into a hyperlink that leads to some
explanatory text (perhaps simply dict3.htm).
