The default cairo output seems to work OK (tested on both linux & windows).
On Windows I experimented with changing to the other options but could only get it to work if I set CONSOLEOUTPUT_jzplot_ appropriately prior to loading plot for the first time. If I change it after loading plot (even if I reload graphics/plot subsequently).
