Bill, all these options worked fine for me. Thanks. I noticed that cairo launched the default viewer for the png file, but pdf did not launch the default viewer for the pdf file. That seems reasonable as a default.
Is it worth considering having a setting to control the launching of the viewer? I can imagine cases where someone would want to create multiple png files without launching the viewer for each one.
