I guess you can try put the line

 browse_j_ 'http://127.0.0.1:65001/jijx'

inside your config/jhs.ijs.  Or add this line to your startup.ijs file.
 
 browse_j_^:IFJHS 'http://127.0.0.1:65001/jijx'

untested.
