Ok, yes, you are correct -- my jijx window is not the one that becomes
stale.  However, others do become stale (e.g. jal).

That said, I do not use a single machine, and the concept of "just
start the browser once" is not going to work for me.  If I am using
five machines that becomes "just start the browser once" times five.

And, ok, on some of them I might have j sessions which are weeks old.
But on those machines I am also going to have dozens of browser tabs
open -- I remember when I used to have a browser that had a limit of
about 70 open windows, and I would hit that frequently.

Meanwhile, other machines can be old, underpowered occasional use
machines or someone else's machine or a frequent reboot machine, or
whatever...

Also, I do not have chrome installed on all of them (for similar
reasons).  And even if I do it's not necessarily the browser I am
going to want to be using.

Anyways, the mode of use which you favor is not going to work well for me.
