I see that you have no collection defined, excepted the root
collection "Invenio Test Site at TRIUMF". You must change its
query definition in WebSearch to include the records that you
have harvested (eg. 980__a:INDICO*), and then run WebColl.

How do you determine which records to choose? I guess I should rephrase the question, how do you list these records?

well you should not need to list these records. My simple answer is
that you should be ok if you use 980__a:INDICO* as query for you root
collection, since all the records harvested from Indico seems to
follow this pattern.

Now if you want to define more collections (for eg. to match the
collections of your Indico), you can be more precise by giving a
different query for each of your collections in CDS Invenio
(collections that you have to define manually in WebSearch). Eg:
980__a:INDICO.505, 980__a:INDICO.645, etc.
Contact <[email protected]> if you have more questions related to
how Indico exports its data via OAI-PMH.

Note that you can also adapt the metadata of harvested records to you
needs by editing the BibConvert config file that you have set to use
in the BibHarvest admin interface (this config file is usually an XSL
file in /opt/cds-invenio/etc/bibconvert/config/).

Best regards
